Dentist

I slept from 1:30 am until 7:30 am for barely 6 hours of sleep again. Headed out to my 8:30 dentist appointment. Had to get a cap and two fillings on three teeth on my bottom right. I’d put off the procedure from last year until I could put aside some money in my medical spending account. While I was there, I also asked him about the sensitivity in the area of my other recent cap and filling on the upper left. He said everything...

Slept from 2 am until 7:10 am and headed off to work and then straight to the dentist afterward to get a cavity filled. I have another appointment in January to get a cap and two more fillings done. Even a short trip to the dentist really aggravates my TMJ, so my jaw was definitely not happy for the rest of the night.

Finished with the dentist, swung by home to change and get something to eat, then headed out to karate where we had an intense...

I slept from 11:15 pm till 7:15 am for an almost full night’s of sleep. Definitely something I needed. Went to work, then straight to my dentist appointment for a cleaning. I was really hoping for an all clear, but it ends up I need a cap and three fillings. *sigh* I guess I should be used to it by now. No matter how much I brush and floss, somehow I still end up getting cavities. My dentist says I just have weak enamel and my teeth don’t fight off...
