Slept from 6 am until 8 am for only 2 hours of sleep, then drove to drop of my car at the repair shop. Stan was nice enough to meet me there to give me a ride back home again since he was in the area and just getting out of work. We stopped at Walmart along the way and he bought some resistance bands for his workout and I picked up a heart rate monitor while we were there.

Came home and made some calls to the warranty company and National Highway...

I slept from 3 am until 6:30 am, then headed over to Race for the Cure. I’d already decided I wasn’t going to try to run it this year. I was just too stressed and exhausted, running on way too little sleep, and it was cold, wet, and rainy. There was even ice on the grass from when it had apparently snowed last night. (What’s it doing snowing in October!?) Despite the weather, it was still a fun event and it was awesome to be a part of the enormous group...

Spent the morning very unmotivated, mostly researching car stuff. Headed out to meet my Tai Chi Chih teacher for a final review session before my Tai Chi Chih Teacher Accreditation. She took a look at all my movements and gave me some feedback for some minor corrections, but said that overall my movements looked really good, which was a huge relief. Slept from 12:15 to 7 am for an almost decent night’s sleep. Went to work then met up with a friend who had a diagnostic reader to see what the check engine light in my car meant. Did my Taiji Quan, Taiji Ruler, and Tai Chi Chih practice while I was waiting for him to arrive. Headed home afterwards to do some research on what fixing the car would involve. Was too exhausted to do much else after all the car stress and frustrations.

Slept from 2 am until 7 am and managed to get to work without any issues, even with the engine light on. The ride home was a different story, though. Borrowed my mom’s car to go to a physical therapy continuing education course. Came home late, helped my parents with a bunch of odds and ends, did my Taiji Ruler practice, and headed to bed.
