Leaving

Well for those that didn't see my facebook rant...The Air Force has given me orders. I will be leaving Syracuse NY this summer and headed to Montana! The shock was to say the least overwhelming...I have to thank Jax because we chatted a bit and she helped me deal with this a little bit better. She was right I have to trust that the force is sending me there for a reason, that for the moment eludes me. I don't know much about it but maybe in my time there I will be able to organize a gathering there one year I have seen some of the parks and they are beautiful. I've come to appreciate the nice quiet the country provides, but will always also be a city boy at heart. So I'll miss having a decent sized city to go to and do things from time to time but hey. I don't know of any jedi in the area but I'm still checking online and hopeful. I'm not sure how this will play into me attending the gathering but hopefully it won't affect it too much as I'm hopeing to leave around June time frame and be there end of June or July so I can get me and the wife settled in. I will be in touch however as time draws near I may exchange phones numbers with some members as I will be unsure of my internet access ability (don't have a laptop yet..but that doesn't mean I will have access). In any case that may be an option just so that whomever I'm in touch with can periodically let eveybody know how the cross country trip goes and that I'm ok and all. In any case I just wanted to pass the news on.

Good luck on your journey! Hopefully it'll bring you to where you need to be. And hopefully you can play a role in getting any Jedi in the area more active in offline activities.

Mindas used to live there, if you ever want advice about the area you might be able to speak with him. From what I hear the Airforce has extremely easy work there :-p like sitting in bunkers and watching stacks of movies all day :-p

Moon, that maybe what the force has in store for me for all know at this stage. Hey Kit I will hit up Mindas I also spoke with Setanaoko over the phone and she has some family there so that was cool. Hey Macgilleon that would be really cool, I do know this much Jax may be in Calgery which isn't too far from where I'll be but yeah if you get that would be cool!
