i've nearly finished reading "the great jedi holocron"
a compilation of jedi knowledge of 1862 pages. it's filled with a lot of good information for those beginning the jedi path and those well along the path.
while reading i was a bit fascinated to see quotes in it from some familiar names.
while thorough it could stand some additional editing for spelling and typo's. the artwork is pretty good, using hand drawings based on scenes from all 6 movies.
the only thing i found a bit confusing was the attempts to classify into light, dark, grey, shadow, and independent. this was confusing since as i read it i noticed that i have many traits from every classification...i've always thought of myself as simply jedi, no light, no dark, just jedi...
reading about the trials certainly reminded me of what i went through on my way....

Trust me, some of us never will understand these classifications of shadow, grey ect. But it is sadly quite common amongst the Online community. Hense my own communities name when it was still active "Just Jedi"

wow I just checked some parts of the link out. It packed with a lot of info. It kinda reminds me of one of my favorite book The Art of Shen Ku by Zeek. It's a book with tons of facts and "how to's" from health, martial arts to reading flag signals and tricks to keep kids occupied.
Just a bunch of topics of interest done in a comic book form. Not too handy when learning accupunture points. Kinda tough to locate a point when the subject is drawn with Popeye-like forearms.
I'll make it a point to read the entire website within the next few months.
Thanks for introducing me to it.

If anyone has the Jedi Jewel series, I lost the first few chapters in a computer crash and would like them. If you would be willing to share, contact me at JadeLight3@yahoo.com. Thank you.
