Happy Holidays to the members from the United States. Of course the rest of the world can join in as well. We celebrate this day and think of things we give thanks in our lives to.
Traditionally it's celebrated by a huge dinner usually centered around a baked turkey. Sometimes for our vegetarian friends there's a tofu alternative called a tofurkey, a loaf of tofu that has been flavored to taste like a turkey. But to be honest I haven't tried one personally. But I'm willing to give it a shot sometime. I might make that a centerpiece at my future planed meatless dinner party.
So here's a few things I want to give thanks for. My family especially my grandmothers and wonderful siblings. Facebook for helping me get in touch with friends I never thought I'd see again. My wonderful town of White Marsh...(and Catonsville). My wonderful dojo and fellow instructors and students. The Jedi's on this website. Aimee for introducing me to you all. Along with the MD Jedi Order. My dear late parents who I will love forever beyond my physical life here.
