Searching in the Memberlist

I was just having a look at the memberlist and realised that the only way of searching is by US state. For those of us who are in a different country, that is not helpful at all and some might even take offence at a perceived 'discrimination' or bias in favour of the US.

I suggest that at some time, 'country' be added to the search engine, and/or the memberlist be able to be sorted by country.

There already is a country dropdown to search the memberlist by country. I plan on adding more as trends begin in the list by right now the most selected options are country or a US state.

As I mentioned though, more will added over time.
