You will also find links to these forms throughout the website but these forms are also all provided here in a single location for your convenience.Jedi Gatherings Host Form Use this form to register yourself as a gathering host. This form will allow the JRC to inform members of planned gatherings and help advertise gatherings to members. Jedi Gatherings Registration Form Use this form to register for upcoming Jedi Gatherings. You may still register even if you are not absolutely sure of attending. The purpose of the form is to assist with organization of the event and gauge interst. Jedi Chapter Member Application Use this form to apply for membership in any Jedi Chapter of your choice. The information will be forwarded to the Chapter Leader who will keep you updated about Chapter activities and other information related to the Chapter. For more information about Jedi Chapters check here. Jedi Chapter Leader Application Submit this application to apply for the position of Chapter Leader. Please be sure to carefully review all the age requirements and duties of a Chapter Leader before applying. In addition to the written application, you will also be interviewed by Jedi Gatherings Group administrators. Application for the position does not guarantee you will receive it. Parental Consent Form In order to protect its members, there are certain age restrictions for online activities, Jedi Registry entries, Jedi Gathering participation, and Jedi Chapter memberships related to this site.
