Text Box: Cost Text Box: There are several aspects to this gathering that all will need to consider, especially those travelling international to attend. Flights: It is recommended that you shop around for the cheapest flights. You could investigate flying to Auckland or Christchurch and then on to Dunedin, or flying to Australia (particularly Brisbane) and then to Christchurch or direct to Dunedin. Please feel free to contact Inari with any questions you may have about flights and transport to Dunedin. Travel Insurance: You will need to get travel insurance, to cover you in the event of your flights being changed or cancelled (ticket and accommodation costs), loss of luggage, illness or accident on your behalf etc. It is important to make sure you are well covered in this regard, it helps a lot with peace of mind. Accommodation and meal costs: While travelling to the gathering, you will have additional expenses for accommodation, meals etc. Tourist Activities and Spending Money: While Inari has agreed to underwrite some of the costs of the gathering, participants will need to pay for their own entry to tourist venues and some of their own meals during the gathering. Additionally, you may wish to do some shopping. It is recommended that participants allow at least $100-$300 NZD for tourist activities and food during the gathering period.
